And now the Freeway team is seeking our dedicated and detail oriented part-time (6 hours/day) HR Assistant.
What your new job will look like?
The HR Assistant plays a key role in supporting the HR department across various functions, including employee relations, payroll, performance appraisal process, and HR-related administrative tasks. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position assists with day-to-day HR operations while helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Responsibilities
• Handle HR administration tasks including preparing employment contracts, contract modifications, termination documents, and maintaining employee records;
• Assist the HR Manager in the month-end closing procedures by collecting and recording data;
• Keep the employee-related databases up to date;
• Handle employee requests related to HR issues;
• Keep in contact with HR service providers and other vendors;
• Contribute to updating company policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR team;
• Assist in organizing and supporting company events and team-building activities;
• Handle HR documentation.
Requirements

Especially if you can talk to us about your:
• Degree in HR or any Bachelor's degree with a focus on HR;
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration;
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hungarian;
• Particular attention to the accurate completion of tasks;
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Customer-focused mindset;
• High level of initiative and self-motivation, with proactive approach to problem-solving.
