We’d like to expand our Operations team with a Junior Compliance Officer, who will be responsible for help developing, implementing, and enforcing procedures and policies to ensure the organization complies with industry and government regulations. 

 

Responsibilities 
Which tasks are we counting on you? 

  • Help develop and implement compliance policies, procedures and training materials to ensure the company follows industry and government regulations in collaboration with legal, IT, human resources, and finance departments 

  • Respond to and resolve compliance-related issues and inquiries 

  • Support KYC, AML, GDPR and data protection processes, assist IT, AI related tasks 

  • Assist in conducting regular risk assessments to identify and reduce compliance and IT security risks 

  • Stay up-to-date on relevant industry regulations to ensure the company remains compliant; 

  • Help maintain and support the company’s information security management system (ISMS) based on the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (ISO 27001) standard; 

  • Assist and work with IT in monitoring and evaluating the company’s information security status, potential cybersecurity threats and report findings to the management 

 

Requirements

Especially if you can talk to us about your: 

  • Bachelor's degree (finance, law, business administration, or a related field) 

  • 1-3 years of experience in the field of Compliance (KYC, AML, AI or GDPR regulations) 

  • Confident English knowledge (both oral and written) 

  • Experience in developing and executing compliance management techniques 

  • Openness to professional development 

  • Proactive personality and strong problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and requirements
