Freeway Entertainment Group is expanding its services into a new business line and forming a new Production Accounting Department.
We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Clerk to provide vital support to our production team.
The Clerk will be responsible for various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of financial operations and compliance with production standards.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Bank Account Opening
    • Support the First Assistant in the process of opening and maintaining production-related bank accounts.
  • Collaborate on Invoicing Workflow:
    • Work closely with the Production Accountant to contribute to the establishment and management of the invoicing workflow.
  • Manage Vendor Contracts:
    • Assist in the accurate and efficient processing of vendor invoices.
    • Ensure proper filing and organization of vendor contracts.
  • Vendor Compliance Support:
    • Assist in verifying vendors' compliance before payment processing.
  • Process Vendor Invoices:
    • Collaborate with the team to manage and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Support PO Handling:
    • Assist in overseeing the transition of Purchase Orders (POs) from DPO to the production accounting software.
  • Assist with PO Checking:
    • Collaborate in reviewing and managing POs, addressing and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support Foreign Cast and Crew Payments:
    • Assist in managing financial operations related to foreign cast and crew members paid by the Hungarian Special Purpose Vehicle.
  • Handle Urgent Transfers:
    • Assist in managing urgent financial transfers and communicate relevant information effectively.
  • Support Non-Crew Invoices:
    • Assist in facilitating approval processes for non-crew invoices and contribute to the initiation of payment transfers upon approval.

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of financial management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Fluent in English.
