Our Legal Team is seeking their new Administrative Coordinator.
This role will provide assistance and support with drafting, execution, and administration of collection account management and revenue-sharing agreements and related documentation.
Responsibilities
- Managing and updating databases used by the various departments of the collection account management department;
- Overseeing and coordinating administrative tasks related to legal documentation, such as monitoring legal validity and transfer of documentation and related information to appropriate departments;
- Communicating with appropriate departments to ensure relevant internal procedures are being applied;
- Overseeing and coordinating administrative aspects of individual client accounts (files);
- Providing personalized support to a specified number of clients at the collection account management department;
- Active communication with clients regarding the foregoing, including telephone conversations with clients.
Requirements

Especially if you can talk to us about your:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the field of administration (experience gained in a Law Office/Secretariat is an advantage)
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office
- Openness to making administrative work part of your daily routine, while completing tasks efficiently and accurately
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
- High value on cooperation between colleagues, but you are also confident working independently
